Studying in France

France is a country that is rich in culture and charm. Studying in France is fairly affordable compared to the UK, and gives adventurous students a chance to learn a bit of French. While most courses offered are taught in French, some of the best schools and universities offer programmes available in English. 

• Application process: Students normally apply directly to the university. 

• Tuition fees: the French government highly subsidises tuition fees so you normally need to only pay € 2,770 for the whole duration of your study in public institutions. Private institutions cost anywhere from € 3,000 to € 10,000.

• You can work part time while studying.

• After graduation, you can also stay in France for one year after applying for a work permit. You can stay and work in France if you meet certain requirements.
