STEP 1: Upon request for references from you, Careers Section will check if you are on UCAS (if you are aiming for UK). Please ask Careers Section for the Buzzword

STEP 2: We will ask you if you are using education agencies. You are generally advised not to do so without consulting us first.

STEP 3: Please prepare the following:-

• Proof of latest & relevant results i.e. copy of statement of results, certificate of results etc.

• Purpose & destination of reference i.e. address, email address.

Note:- You may email us your request for references to include information in STEPS 1-3 to ptemcareers@gmail.com 

STEP 4: Once your request is received, the Careers section will notify your subject tutors to write your references before we compile and create a unified reference for you. Note that this will take 3-5 working days from date of request as it will also require the Principal's signature and school stamp.

STEP 5: Once completed, your references will be put in a sealed and labelled envelope. We will email you to come and collect your reference. The reference should be given directly to its intended destination without opening the sealed envelope. 

If you are using agencies, we will email your references directly to your applied institution (to which you will provide us with the email address). Note that we will not give your references directly to Education agencies as this document is confidential.
