Studying in Ireland

Studying in Ireland is fairly affordable compared to the UK, most of the courses are available in English and the UK is a short flight or train ride away. 

• Application process: Students normally apply directly to the university. Applications are normally between early November to late June.

• Tuition fees: €10,000 to €25,000 for most courses (and €40,000 for medicine / dentistry). 

• Monthly living expenses:  €8,000 to €15,000 a year. 

• Explore individual universities to see if they offer financial help for students.

• You can work part time while studying, up to 20 hours a week.

• After your undergraduate studies, you can also stay in Ireland for one year to look for a job. More details here.
