Did you know? As a local Bruneian student, you will be entitled to apply for the Brunei Darussalam Government Scholarship (for local students) – BDGS (LS) once you enter a local government higher education institution. Apart from tuition, you will be emtitled to a monthly allowance.

You will have to apply to these institutions through https://hecas.moe.gov.bn/ 

HECAS is opened twice a year: 1st Round in February and 2nd Round is in August. Programmes offered during these two rounds may vary.

Cost: BND5 to BND20 depending on the number of programmes chosen.
